2. Authorization and Consent


  • Only the legally designated authorizing agent (as defined by MCL 700.3206) may approve final disposition, cremation, or service arrangements.
  • Written consent is required for all cremation services and prepaid contracts.


3. Payment Terms


  • Payment is due in full prior to the rendering of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept cash, check, credit card, and approved third-party financing.
  • Prepaid funeral contracts are governed by Michigan law and must be registered with the Corporations, Securities & Commercial Licensing Bureau (CSCL).


4. Pricing and Transparency


  • All pricing is disclosed in our General Price List (GPL), available upon request and posted in our facility.
  • We do not charge hidden fees. Any additional costs will be discussed and documented in writing.


5. Cancellation and Refunds


  • Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are subject to service status and applicable laws.
  • Prepaid contracts may be refundable or transferable depending on contract terms and Michigan regulations.


6. Liability Disclaimer


  • We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, transportation issues, or third-party vendors.
  • We are not responsible for personal items left with the deceased unless documented and secured.

  • Our website is intended for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or accuracy of content.
