Yvette Marie Martin, formerly known as Yvette Marie Langowski, passed away on November 28, 2025, in Lansing, Michigan. She was born on January 17, 1964, in Detroit, Michigan, and was a radiant soul who touched the lives of many through her kindness and outgoing spirit.

Known for her feisty personality, Yvette was truly a social butterfly, always eager to engage with friends and keep up with those she cherished. Her warmth and kindness made her a beloved friend, and her engaging conversations and enthusiasm for life were infectious. She loved to spend quality time with her loved ones, creating memories that would be cherished for years to come.

Yvette had a variety of hobbies that reflected her creative spirit. She found joy in restoring old photos, crafting beautiful jewelry, and dancing with abandon. Her love for butterflies and animals mirrored her gentle heart. Additionally, she enjoyed playing pool, gaming online, and shopping to enhance her impressive jewelry collection. Yvette took pride in her appearance and was known for her meticulous makeup application, with her trusty eyeliner always on standby for a quick touch-up.

Yvette is survived by her niece, Lesia DesJardin, and close friends Daniel and Dawn Shinaver, who hold fond memories of her vivacious spirit. She also leaves behind three sisters.

Yvette was preceded in death by her loving parents, Raymond and Genevieve Langowski, as well as her brothers, Raymond and Arnold. Their memories remain an enduring part of her legacy.
