Wyatt J.
Vliek
Nov 20, 1981 — Oct 16, 2026
Paw Paw, MI
Wyatt J. Vliek, lovingly known as “Earp,” passed away peacefully surrounded by family on October 16, 2026, in Paw Paw, Michigan. He was born on November 20, 1981, in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
Wyatt will be remembered as a man who embraced life with passion and loyalty. He was a member of the Second Brigade Motorcycle Club, and motorcycles were an important part of the life he loved. He was also a true outdoorsman who found joy in hunting and fishing, pursuits that reflected his deep appreciation for the outdoors. Along with the things he loved most, Wyatt was an advocate for veterans, a cause that spoke to his heart and his sense of commitment to others.
Above all, Wyatt’s son was his world. The love he carried for his family was central to who he was, and that devotion will remain one of the most enduring parts of his memory.
He is survived by his mother, April J. Vliek; his son, Abel Dalton Vliek; his wife, Jessica and her son, Jordan Haas; and his sister, Sarah Gibson, and her husband, Korey Gibson. Wyatt is also survived by multiple aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his infant daughter.
Those who knew Wyatt will remember his independent spirit, his love of the open air and open road, and the deep care he held for the people closest to him. May his memory bring comfort to all who knew and loved him.
