William "Bill" J. Strzynski, 63, of St. Joseph, passed away on Sunday, December 21, 2025.
Bill was born December 19, 1962, in St. Joseph to Edward and Evon Strzynski. He graduated from St. Joseph High School in 1981 and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Kendall School of Design in 1985. He utilized his art and photography skills as an employee of Leco Corporation for 40 years.
Bill enjoyed photography, golf, being an audiophile, and building tank and airplane models. He was also a lifelong, devoted Chicago Bears and Cubs fan—a passion since childhood that he shared with his father. He traveled and spent time socializing with his lifelong friends, to whom he was deeply connected and whom he considered family. Throughout his life, he was a devoted son, brother, husband, father, and friend.
His warmth, kindness, generosity, patience, and loyalty touched many lives and made him deeply loved by all who knew him. His sudden and untimely passing has deeply affected those who knew and cared for Bill, as he was truly a kind man who deeply valued the people in his life.
Bill is survived by his beloved son, Graham Strzynski of Philadelphia; his brother, Richard (Nancy) Strzynski of Paw Paw, and their two children; and his cherished cat, George. He was preceded in death by his father, Edward (1994); his mother, Evon (2022); and his brother, John "Jack" (2004).
Memorial donations in Bill's name may be made to the Krasl Art Center.
