Terry Wilkins age 79 of Three Rivers, Michigan passed into the presence of her Lord and Savior on the evening of July 10, surrounded by her loving family. She was born September 21, 1946 in Phoenix, Arizona, the daughter of Philip and Helen (Anderson) Lusson. On June 29, 1963 she married Larry Wilkins.

Terry lived a life of faith and family. God was a cornerstone in her daily life. Anchored in trust, loyalty, integrity, and salvation, she was “the prayer warrior of all warriors”. She prayed fervently and faithfully for her family for over 60 years. She wouldn’t hesitate to tell you of God’s saving grace.

As a mother, she dedicated her life to her children. Always there, always present, always available, she always had an answer, whether you liked the solution or not. She and her husband Larry were longtime and faithful members of Faith Foundations Church (Formerly Agave). She was a dedicated wife throughout life’s ups and downs, multiple businesses, career paths, illnesses, injuries, children, etc. A driving influence and support for 56 years, she loved Larry.

Then came the GRANDchildren OMG! Did she excel! Age one to twenty-one she could relate on every level, was genuinely interested in their day, and how they were feeling. Terry was always gifting and signing books for the kids, and consistently providing lessons in faith and life along the way. Her true joy was evident in never missing a birthday party. Although Terry’s dedication to faith and family, positive influence, words of encouragement, humor, and strong character will be missed, they live on in the many stories, books, and memories made with those she loved.

Terry was preceded in her passing by her husband Larry Wilkins, GRANDson Lance Castle, and parents Philip and Helen Lusson. Left to cherish her memory are her children: Matt (Dianna) Wilkins, Cathy (Tom) Castle, Dan (Carol) Wilkins, Joe Wilkins, Mike (Alisa) Wilkins, Paul (Sarah) Wilkins, and Larry II (Glenda) Wilkins; siblings: Rosie (Steve) Reed, and Brian (Kami) Lusson; sixteen grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, and three on the way.

A graveside service will be held at Riverside Cemetery in Three Rivers, Michigan on Thursday July 16, at 9:30 AM. Followed by a Celebration of Life at Faith Foundations Christian Center beginning at 11:00 AM at 56431 Wilbur Rd, Three Rivers, Michigan that will conclude with a luncheon and fellowship at the church.
