Rebekah Ann
Willings
July 12, 1956 – May 11, 2026
Rebekah Ann Willings, a woman of unwavering faith, profound kindness, and deep compassion, passed away peacefully on May 11, 2026, in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Born on July 12, 1956, in Paw Paw, Michigan, Rebekah’s life was marked by her steadfast devotion to God and her enduring commitment to service and family.
Throughout her life, Rebekah exemplified grace and generosity. A devout Christian, she dedicated herself to aiding those in need, with a special focus on supporting abused women and their children. Her efforts provided comfort and hope to many, reflecting the fullness of her compassionate spirit and unshakable faith. Her love for her family was immeasurable, and she treasured the moments shared with those close to her.
Rebekah leaves behind a lasting legacy embodied by her three children: Charles Baker, Tashina (Santiago) Hernandez, and Joshua Baker. She was a proud grandmother to three grandchildren, Favian and David Martinez, and Jeremiah Wolfe, all of whom she cherished dearly. Her love and guidance were a beacon to her family, who will carry her memory forward. She is also survived by her four sisters—Terry Smith, Lori Wisz, Wendy Grabe, and Debbie Gillette—who shared in her joys and sorrows and remained pillars of support throughout her life.
Her journey was marked by profound loss as well; she was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Harold and Carol Mumaugh, and her two infant sons, Michael Jr. and Michael Ray. Despite these losses, Rebekah’s resilience and faith continued to guide her and inspire those around her.
Rebekah’s life was a testament to the power of kindness, faith, and love. Her selfless devotion enriched the lives of many, and her memory will live on through her family and all who were touched by her warmth and generosity. A Celebration of Life is being planned for a later date.
