Megan Roxanne Haley-McGuire, age 38, passed away peacefully on May 17, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family and closest friends. Megan was a devoted mother, loving daughter, caring sister, and loyal friend whose strength, compassion, and kindness touched the lives of all who knew her.
Above all else, Megan’s greatest pride and joy were her children, Violit Haley and Spensir Haley. She loved them with her whole heart and dedicated her life to providing them with unconditional love, comfort, and support. Megan was a selfless and devoted mother who always placed her children first and worked tirelessly to give them the very best of herself.
She is survived by her beloved daughter, Violit Haley; her son, Spensir Haley-;McGuire her father, Herb Haley; her stepmother, Kris Haley; her brothers, James Haley, Herbert Haley, and Patrick Haley; and her sister-in-law, Heather Haley. She also leaves behind many cherished family members and dear friends whose lives were forever enriched by her love and friendship.
Megan shared a special bond with Travis McGuire, the father of her son, Spensir, and the devoted stepfather of Violit, whom he lovingly raised as his own. Their shared love and commitment to their children created a foundation of care and family that meant the world to Megan.
She was also deeply connected to her lifelong friends, April Hamilton, Nichole Ulsh, Kimberly Harris, Staci Brownlee, and Courtney Huyck. These women were far more than friends — they were sisters by heart. Nichole had been by Megan’s side since kindergarten, and together with April, Staci, Kim, and Courtney they shared countless memories, laughter, challenges, and unforgettable adventures through the years. Through every hardship and every celebration, they stood together, caring for one another and each other’s children as though they were their own, creating a bond of love and loyalty that can never be broken.
Megan was preceded in death by her mother, Leoma Ramsey; her grandmother, Shirley Gurnee; her grandfather, James Haley; and her grandmother, Ella Haley.
Throughout her life, Megan faced many struggles, yet she met each one with resilience, determination, and courage. No matter the obstacles placed before her, she always found a way to overcome them, drawing strength from the love she held for her family and those closest to her. Megan will be remembered for her caring heart, her fierce love for those she held dear, her unforgettable spirit, and the strength she showed even during life’s most difficult moments. Her laughter, love, and the memories she created will remain forever in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.
Though her time here was far too short, Megan’s legacy of love will live on through her children, her family, and the countless lives she touched. Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever remembered. Never forgotten.
