Linda Raye Evans

Linda Raye Evans, age 61, passed away peacefully in her home on Friday, May 16, 2025 in Three Rivers. She was born August 6, 1963 in Sturgis, Michigan to Sandra Sprowl and Everard Stemm. Lynda Stevens, “Mom” assisted greatly in raising her for many years. Linda was a 1983 graduate of Mendon High School. She married Michael Evans on August 4th, 1984, in Mendon Michigan. She founded ACE Enterprise cleaning services. She took pride in her business and enjoyed being able to work alongside her children. Linda loved spending her time with her children and grandchildren alike. She was also fond of crocheting, and planting flowers. She had a generous heart, and assisted with fostering children, as well as adopting her niece Ashley in 1985. 

Sadly, she is preceded in death by her beloved son, Christopher Evans, as well as brothers, Everard Stemm, and Glenn Stemm, and sister, Peggy Crabtree. She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Mike Evans; mom, Lynda; brothers and sister, Joe, Pat, and Amie Stevens; children, Ashley Evans, and Erica Evans; 7 grandchildren, Adelina Garcia , Charlie Cardenas, Alexia Garcia, Alfredo “AJ” Garcia, Aydin Black, Bailey Kendall, and Olivia Schofield, and many other family and friends who dearly loved her. 

She often warmly expressed her love for her grandchildren by telling them “I love you to the moon and back.” Those words will be fondly remembered by all who were lucky enough to hear them. She will be thought of often and very sorely missed by all. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, June 7, 2025 beginning at 1:00 pm at the American Legion Post 170 located at 59990 S.
