Edward
Przybylski
Sep 21, 1950 — Aug 7, 2026
Constantine, MI
Edward Raymond Przybylski, age 75, of Constantine, Michigan, passed away peacefully on August 7, 2026. Born on September 21, 1950, in Chicago, Illinois, he was the youngest of three sons born to Eugene J. and Julieanne R. Przybylski.
Ed was a man who loved working with his hands and never shied away from hard work. Originally from Chicago, he built a career as an auto mechanic, spending many years in the profession. During the early 1970s, his mechanical talents took him into the world of drag racing, where he traveled and worked on high performance Funny Cars, combining his love of engines with the excitement of the sport.
His adventures reached far beyond the garage. Ed loved riding his motorcycle, and one of his favorite stories was a memorable trip to Colorado with his brother, Bob. The adventures they shared together remained some of his most cherished memories and were often recalled in conversation.
Fishing was another lifelong passion. Ed and Bob spent countless hours together on the water and were truly partners in crime when it came to finding the next great fishing spot. One trip that stood out above the rest was a father and sons fishing adventure to Canada with both of his brothers and their father, creating memories that would stay with him for the rest of his life.
Continuing his entrepreneurial spirit, Ed founded Apollo Towing, operating the business for more than fifteen years. Upon his retirement, he made the move to Michigan, where he settled in Constantine and built his dream home along the St. Joseph River. There he found peace in the outdoors, spending his days fishing and enjoying the quiet sounds of nature.
Never one to sit still for long, Ed soon began another venture known as the R.V. Guy, providing maintenance and repairs for RVs and travel trailers. He genuinely enjoyed helping others, meeting new campers, and sharing stories with the people he met along the way. He was also a proud member of the Moose Lodge, where he enjoyed spending time with friends, meeting new people, and striking up conversations with just about anyone.
Ed was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Julieanne Przybylski; his brothers, Ronald Przybylski and Robert Przybylski; and his beloved wife, Claudia Lawson.
He is lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephews, Julie Przybylski (Doug) Kraft, Stephanie Przybylski (Joe) Rudden, Joseph (Jessica) Przybylski, Ronald Przybylski Jr., and Michael Przybylski, as well as many great nieces and nephews who will cherish his memory.
Cremation has been entrusted to Family First Funeral & Cremation Services.
