Dolores Dixon, born June 6, 1942, passed away February 18, 2026, surrounded by loved ones. She was the beloved wife of 45 years to Douglas Dixon and the caring mother of Kelli, Rick, Kerry, Kristie, and PJ. She was blessed with a large and loving family of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents, Philip and Ruth DeWachter, her sister, Phyllis Tiffany, her son, James Thompson, and is survived by her sister, Kathy Shaffer. Dolores retired from the Family and Children’s Center and enjoyed bingo, scratch-off lottery tickets, reading, and crocheting.
