Brenda Faye Travis, age 64, passed away on April 4, 2026, at Hanson Hospice in Stevensville, Michigan. She was born on November 21, 1961, in Keiser, Arkansas, to William Travis and Patsy Jane Travis.

Brenda lived life simply and fully, finding joy in the things that mattered most. She loved roller skating, was known as the Queen of Dominos, and cherished every moment spent with her family, especially at gatherings where laughter and connection came easy.

She is survived by her brothers Tommie Travis and James Travis of Bridgman, Michigan, and Danny Travis of Saginaw, Michigan, and her beloved sister Angela (James) Stokes of Benton Harbor, Michigan. She is also lovingly remembered by her many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Brenda is preceded in death by her parents William Travis and Patsy Jane Travis, her brother William Travis, her sister Alice Travis, and her grandparents.

Just as she lived, Brenda’s life is remembered in a simple and heartfelt way, surrounded by love, family, and the moments that mattered most.
